采用固相反应法制备了不同烧结温度(950~1 180 ℃)、烧结时间、烧结次数共7种工艺的Sr3YCo4O10.5+δ多晶块材,通过热分析、XRD、SEM确定了有序化相变和最佳烧结工艺(1 180 ℃/24 h+1 180 ℃/24 h),并研究了多晶的电磁性能。结果表明,964 ℃完全晶化的四方相Sr3YCo4O10.5在1 042 ℃吸氧(δ)完成有序化,生成Sr3YCo4O10.5+δ,而1 100 ℃和1 180 ℃烧结的样品均出现(103)、(215)超结构峰,验证了其结构的有序性。块材均呈半导体电输运行为,二次烧结晶格完整性提高,晶粒长大,300 K时电阻率仅为0.06 Ω·cm,居里温度(Tc)~335 K,零场冷曲线(ZFC)上的Hopkinson峰源于低温时被冻结的磁矩随温度升高转向磁场方向,磁化强度在298 K达到最大,随后受热扰动的影响减小。室温铁磁性源于有序结构导致的中自旋或高自旋态Co3+的eg轨道有序。 相似文献

The structural properties of polycrystalline silicon films, prepared by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition system, with different flow rates of SiH4/SiF4 mixtures at 300 °C were investigated. This study indicates that the low hydrogen coverage on the growing surface, under optimum fluorine radicals, will be leaded to an improvement of crystallized area as compared with case of high hydrogen coverage surface. Moreover, the studies of the role of SiH4 and SiF4 radicals show that the SiH4 radicals are important in the nucleation and growth of grains. However, SiF4 radicals are effective in the structural change of grain boundaries regions and by this way, in the present system, establish the growth of grains under the dominant 〈1 1 0〉 direction. The stress investigation indicates that addition of high flow rate of SiF4 in amorphous film, results in the nearly stress free films. Finally, we found that the changes in g-value reflect the changes in the intrinsic compressive and tensile stress in the both polycrystalline and amorphous silicon films. 相似文献

Electron spin resonance spectra of Mn2+ in diluted solid solutions of MnO2 in Y2O3 have been studied at room temperature for Mn concentrations between 0.20 and 2.00 mol%. Isolated Mn2+ ions in sites with two different symmetries were observed, as well as Mn2+ ions coupled by the exchange interaction. The relative concentration of isolated to coupled Mn2+ ions decreases with increasing manganese concentration. The results are consistent with the assumption that the manganese ions occupy preferentially the C2 symmetry sites. A theoretical calculation based on this model yields an effective range of the exchange interaction between Mn2+ ions of 0.53 nm, of the same order as that of Mn2+ ions in CaO. 相似文献

We have obtained expressions of the accelerating effect in Kerr-Newman Kasuya field. These expressionsinclude four parameters: mass m, angular momentum a, electric charge q, and magnetic charge φ. Furthermore we studyits special case (vi = 0). We get the following conclusion. In the gravitation field of souse mass with electric charge qand magnetic charge b, the acceleration of test particle has not only radial component but also transverse component.When θ = 0, the acceleration is minimum, and when θ = π/2, the acceleration is maximum. We report results of the atomic and electronic structures of Al7C cluster using ab initio molecular dynamics with ultrasoft pseudopotentials and generalized gradient approximation. The lowest energy structure is
found to be the one in which carbon atom occupies an interstitial position in Al7 cluster. The electronic structure shows that the recent observation [Chem. Phys. Lett. 316, 31 (2000)] of magic behavior of Al7C- cluster is due to a large highest occupied and lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (HOMO-LUMO) gap which makes Al7C- chemically inert. These results have further led us to the finding of a new neutral magic cluster Al7N which has the same number of valence electrons as in Al7C- and a large HOMO-LUMO gap of 1.99 eV. Further, calculations have been carried out on (Al7N)2 to study interaction between magic clusters.
